Payment
Payment for printed and electronic Products on the Site can be carried out in the following ways:
- with bank card online (Visa, MasterCard) through the LiqPay payment service;
- by transfer to a bank card;
- in cash at the point of issue (KNIGI store, 8-A, Pushkinskaya st., Kiev only);
- by bank transfer (for legal entities) according to the invoice provided by the Seller.
Refunds
According to Article 9 of the Law of the Ukraine On Protection of Consumer Rights and the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Ukraine, printed products of good quality cannot be exchanged or returned. If the Buyer refuses from the Product that was paid for online with a bank card, the money for it and the cost of shipping will not be returned.
Printed products of inadequate quality (having manufacturing defects) must be replaced at the expense of the Seller. For the exchange of such products, please contact in any way available in the CONTACTS section of the Site.
In case of non-delivery or impossibility of delivery by the Seller of paid printed Products, the refund is made in full within 15 calendar days after receiving full payment for the printed Products.
Delivery
Paid printed Products can be delivered to the Buyer:
- to the Nova Poshta branch (tariff from UAH 50);
- to the point of issue: KNIGI store, 8-A, Pushkinskaya st., Kiev (no additional charges);
- by another way of delivery agreed with the Seller (delivery may have an additional cost, which is paid according to the tariffs of the provider of the selected delivery method separately or by cash on delivery).
Paid electronic Products are delivered to the Buyer:
- in the form of a link to download the electronic edition in a letter to the email specified when making a purchase;
- in the form of a link to download the electronic edition in the user's personal account in the section MY ORDERS.
If it is impossible for technical reasons to download a paid electronic edition by the link in the letter or in the user's personal account on the Site, we guarantee the delivery of the edition by alternative means (see: Guarantees of receiving an electronic edition).
